My sister Shirley introduced this recipe to the family in the early 70's, and it's been our Boxing Day meal ever since! Some even prefer it to the Turkey Dinner itself
"Boxing Day Creamed Turkey"
You'll need:
12 puffed pastry shells
4 cups of chopped turkey
2 cans of cream of celery soup
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables
Combine 4 cups of chopped turkey, 2 cans of cream of celery soup, 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
mix until combine,
add just enough milk to cover, heat over medium heat until it starts to boil.
add the vegetables.
heat for 5 more minutes. Pour into shells and serve.
